By accessing or using Biome ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Biome only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without authorisation.
- Use automated means to access the Service (scraping, bots) without prior written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service to generate, distribute, or store illegal content.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at openclaw.solutions@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Biome offers a free Personal plan and paid Professional and Business plans. Free plan features are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Paid plan billing is recurring and cancellable at any time — no refunds for partial periods.
5. Intellectual Property
The Biome name, logo, product, and all related technology are the intellectual property of Biome Systems, Inc. You retain all rights to content you create with Biome. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biome Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
