• Device information — operating system version, app version, and hardware identifiers for crash reporting.
• Agent configuration — skills, data sources, and preferences you configure within your agent (stored locally and optionally synced).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Biome platform.
• Send transactional emails such as your access key, account confirmation, and security alerts.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Communicate with you about product updates (you can opt out at any time).

3. We Do Not Train on Your Data

Your conversations, agent memory, and configured data sources are never used to train AI models — ours or third parties'. Your data is yours.

4. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard security measures:

• AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored user data.
• TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.
• Access controls limiting which employees can access production data.
• Zero-Knowledge mode available on Pro plans — we cannot read your agent's memory or outputs.

5. Third-Party Services

Biome uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Gmail (Google) — transactional email delivery for one-time verification codes. No email content is stored by us beyond the duration of the OTP session (10 minutes).
• Railway — hosting of the Biome authentication backend. Processes email addresses transiently for OTP delivery.
• Netlify — hosting of this website.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing openclaw.solutions@gmail.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Cookies

This website uses session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Biome is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
